Delivery Process:
Products that we have in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment receipt (credit card, paypal, twint,or bank transfer). If the product is not in stock, delivery times are indicated on the product sheets. The time needed to prepare your order will depend on how long it takes to receive the requested item. Our default carriers are Swiss Post for packages up to 30kg & Camion transport for anything bigger.
A link and tracking number, when available, will be sent to you by email once the order has been dispatched.
If necessary, depending on delivery times, partial deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us directly to discuss the best arrangement. Plastic Fantastic has the right to change the mode of delivery in case one or several products require a particular transport (bulky or fragile products).
Reservation:
We take particular care when handling parcels containing fragile products. Nevertheless, your package is being shipped at your own risk. Therefore, it is essential to check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the delivery person. If any damage is found, it is mandatory to note any reservations on the carrier's document. We will not accept any claims unless reservations have been made upon delivery. In the event of any damage, please contact Plastic Fantastic immediately (within 48 hours maximum) by telephone or e-mail (with photo evidence).
Returns:
Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period or other right of return for e-commerce once the order has been placed. We reserves the right to process return requests at our own convenience. Feel free to contact us if you want to make a request.
Prices:
Picking up your order at our premises in Bern reduces the cost of shipping. What remains is the cost of delivery and import to Switzerland.
For transport charges, a price will be calculated according to your order. Weight, volume and shipping address can considerably change this price. When you place your order, the shipping price will be calculated and indicated to you.
